All furniture is included. This consists of all appliances, dining table and chairs, beds and mattresses, double sofa bed, coffee table, towel stand and carpet (shown in the pictures but stored during summer).
Personal items such as pictures will be removed.
As this building contains such an abundant supply of power points and lighting a three phase electricity supply has been installed.
This does not affect running costs although the standing charge is marginally higher.

Completed in May 2005 the apartment is on two floors. The upper level has a 40 sq. m. studio with fully fitted kitchen complete with oven, ceramic hob and other appliances and a bathroom with high quality sanitary ware, a bath with shower over and luxury fittings.
There’s a large balcony (20 sq. m.) to the front and a private courtyard (35 sq. m.) beside the studio with access to the olive grove.
The lower level consists of second bedroom of 20 sq. m. (currently fitted as a study/office), and a large basement area, presently used for storage but which could easily be transformed for other uses.
The basement contains a second bathroom including bath with shower over and the same quality sanitary ware and fittings as used elsewhere.
The building is double glazed throughout with wooden framed windows and french windows.

Apartment

The main living area
The apartment has its own central heating system with the boiler housed in a small storage room behind the building.
The (double) solar panel water heating is linked into the central heating, helping economical running during winter. The apartment and 'office' levels have separate flow meters and  timer/thermostats.
There is air-conditioning on both levels.
For ‘emergency’ water heating there’s an immersion heater.
A small safe is installed in the fitted wardrobes.

The kitchen is equipped with multi-function oven, ceramic hob, extractor and fridge. Various small appliances (kettle, coffee percolator etc.) are also included in the price.

The Study/Office has fitted furniture with two 'kneehole' desk spaces, cupboards and drawer units. All fitted furniture will remain.
The room has an air-conditioning unit and central heating radiator. The office/basement area has it's own  thermostat/timer that is independent of the studio.
There are 12 power points above desktop level and a similar number below. There are two telephone lines, one of which is broadband enabled (and two extension points) plus TV and FM radio aerial points.
The basement is 40 sq. m. and is fitted with two purpose-built shelving units providing over 25 m. of shelf space.
There is a CH radiator and water supply and drainage are installed should a buyer wish to instal a sink or washing machine.
There are 14 power point and 6 double fluorescent light fittings. (This was planned as a storage/workshop area.)
The bathroom has bath with shower over, WC, basin, base cabinet, illuminated, mirrored wall cabinet and quality fittings. Dual voltage shaver socket and CH radiator complete the specification.
